Food vendors include food trucks, food tents, beverage vendors, and vendors selling prepared food or drinks.
Food Vendors must:
Offer a $10 meal option
Accept event meal vouchers for the $10 meal option
Track vouchers received during the event
Complete City of Bloomington permits/licensing
Food vendors may also sell other menu items at regular prices.
Marketplace vendors include small businesses, artists, authors, clothing brands, jewelry vendors, handmade product vendors, service businesses, and entrepreneurs.
Vendor categories are limited to help create a balanced marketplace experience.
In most cases, no more than two vendors per primary product category will be accepted.
Limited Food Vendor Permit may be available for small businesses, artists, youth entrepreneurs, and community vendors who need support with the marketplace vendor fee.
Assistance requests are reviewed on a limited basis and are not guaranteed.
This option is only for marketplace vendors. It is not available for food vendors.
Nonprofit vendor spaces are available for organizations providing community resources, education, outreach, or information.
Nonprofit vendors that are primarily selling merchandise, products, or services may be reviewed and reclassified as marketplace vendors.
This option is for organizations, businesses, or groups that are not selling products or services but would like to share information, resources, or community engagement at the event.
